"Just had the best experience with Danielle! I think we are best friends now. In all seriousness, typically, when you need your insurance agents help, something terrible has happened. In our case, we arrived home late on a Tuesday evening to find our house on fire. My husband called Marc while we sat on the street in front of our house watching smoke billow and waiting for the fire department to come. Marc was supportive and helpful from that moment on throughout the entire process of recovery and rebuilding. Today I just needed a couple things and I called the office and just got the most effusive, delightful help that took stress off of me.
